The multi-year partnership will provide Ibotta users with special offers and cash back options at any of the Jo-Ann Stores’ 850+ points of sale.
Through this partnership, Jo-Ann will use Ibotta’s new dynamic segmentation capabilities and customer relationship management (CRM) data to create segmented campaigns for its target consumers. The dynamic segmentation, which Ibotta rolled out to its partners in the second quarter, will allow Jo-Ann to deliver personalized media content and discounts with variable commissions entirely based on consumer loyalty to the Jo-Ann brand. Jo-Ann can now access Ibotta’s 100% connected mobile platform to provide each consumer with a unique offer and interaction specific to their past shopping behavior. Dynamic segmentation allows the majority of Jo-Ann’s marketing budget to be allocated to New Customer Acquisition (NTF) efforts.
